Nice mountain home. Lots of knotty pine on the interior. Rustic wood floors throughout. The ceilings were kind of low in some of the rooms but all in all a nice piece of property. It sold back in October of 2005 for $2,050,000…so we see another sale below the previous sale price. Hopefully the seller can make up some of the difference on the note he’s carrying.
