I’m a little surprised this sold…it wasn’t in a high end neighborhood and it looked back at Big Bear Boulevard. I personally would have chosen 39364 Aurora or 208 Eagle over this, but to each their own. It’s a full log home and it does feel very rustic on the inside. It sold fully furnished and brought in approximately $90k in revenue in 2008 as a vacation rental with Big Bear Luxury Properties. It had 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and covered 3338 square feet. It was on the market back in 2007 (and 2006, and 2005…it was on the market for 1610 days last time) and sold for $1,700,000 back then.
