Literally set in the “boulders” this modular home sold the first weekend it came on the market. 161′ of lake frontage. Great views of Boulder Bay from the deck. The setting was really nice. It isn’t very private, and the quality of construction was average (clean and still in good shape, just not the most expensive stuff). It was listed for $699,900 with Tyler Wood of Coldwell Banker, The Tim Wood Group. I would assume it sold close to the asking price if it went into escrow this quick…check back in 30 days for closing details.
