Are you referring to the Short Sale at 549 Cienega? They couldn't put anything together in time. It went back to the bank on May 26th. They simply owed to much against it for the bank to approve the short sale. The bank took it back at $1,090,892. The first was $880,000 and I'm guessing the second bought it out because it sold above the published bid. (The published bid was $1,055,791). I will keep my eyes open and let you know when it comes back on the market....it'll probably take 3-6 weeks depending on how quick the bank moves. Thanks for your question, Foster.
